Spring 2017 - Finally an answer to "Did they get my email?"

This summer we introduced bulk email tracking and statistics. This feature allows an administrator to see a clear list of every recipient of a bulk email, along with the status of the email. It’s incredibly easy to determine which emails were delivered to the recipient, versus which ones were undeliverable.

Administrators also have the option to drill down in the Statistics form to get more information on why the email may have bounced or otherwise been undeliverable.
