Overview
Program Reports allow you to export data related to your various Programs that have been set up in the Program Manager. After creating this report, you can also use it to bulk move submissions to a new stage, as well as bulk email portal members from this plugin.
Setup
From Workspace Settings, enter the Program Reports:
Click on the Process on the left, then choose a form to generate reports. You can choose from Submissions, Feedback and Permissions, and Members.
Generating Reports
Submissions
First, you can choose an optional filter on the submission form. Then, you can optionally further limit by a pre-configured submission group. Once you have the desired filters created, click "Generate Report."
The system will tell you how many records fall into that report. You may choose to download a CSV file of the submissions. This CSV will include all of the columns in the submissions form, as well as the following fields: score, # of assignments, # completed, % completed, assigned to. This is useful for getting a holistic overview of your process across all submissions and portal members.
You may also choose to bulk move all of the matching submissions to a new folder. Clicking this option will present you with a dropdown of possible folders in the workspace.
Feedback and Permissions
First, you have the option to choose a filter on the feedback form. As part of that filter, you can further filter by criteria on the submission form. When the desired filters are set, click "Generate Report."
The system will tell you how many records fall into that report. You may choose to download a CSV file of the feedback records matching these criteria.
Members
First, choose an optional filter on the members form. You can further filter to include all members (within the preset filter[s]) or only members with incomplete assignments. When your filters are set, click "Generate Report."
The system will tell you how many records fall into that report. You may choose to download a CSV of the members matching these criteria.
You can further choose to bulk email these members. This requires the Bulk Email plugin. Click on the Bulk Email button to create a draft in the bulk email plugin. From there, you will fill out the other relevant fields, such as subject and body, and send the email. This is particularly useful for bulk email to those who have not finished reviewing all assigned submissions.
