CardView Plugin

Plugins allow you to extend your Zengine experience by adding new screens (full-screen plugins) or functionality to existing screens (inline and record overlay plugins) within Zengine.  You can browse our public marketplace to find plugins relevant to your Zengine use case.  Learn more about plugins here.


The CardView plugin allows you to display individual records as cards, which can be dragged and dropped to indicate priority or status.  This is beneficial when records may follow a certain timeline or when the order is meaningful as you address or review records.  Access it from the navigation panel.

The columns that appear are based on the folders that exist in your workspace.

Display Setup

First, to adjust the cards/columns that show, go to the Columns button in the top right.

Select or deselect in order to control which cards appear and click Save when you are done.

In order to adjust which form is presented and its title and description fields on the individual cards, go to the Settings button in the top right.

Click Save when you are finished.

Working with Cards

Hover over a particular record in order to see an edit icon; clicking this will bring you right to the record where you can edit or make changes.

You can also drag and drop a record to move it into another column/folder.
