You can be notified when things happen (data changes, tasks get added, a comment is made) to a record (row) inside of a form. You can be notified in two ways: (1) via email and (2) when you are inside of the system from the notification panel.
Using the Notifications Panel
Viewing Notifications: If you have notifications, the bell icon in the upper menu bar will display a small red number inside of it. This alerts you to the information you may be interested in seeing.
If you hover over the icon you will see a small list of items. If you click on the bell a panel will open displaying all your present notifications in a format that is similar to those on the activity screen.
Note that notifications you see collect and display for all workspaces you are involved with, regardless of which workspace you are using.
When exporting data, a notification will also appear with the link to the .csv file. This link in the notification is active for 24 hours. You can see in the image above that a "Data export expired." That notification is more than 24 hours old. You will have to export your data again.
Utilizing notifications, you can:
- Configure Notifications and Subscribe to Records
- Set Notifications Frequency
